Returns and Refunds

Here at The Hydroponics Store, we take utmost care in the quality of our products. We pride ourselves in our quest to provide you with 100% satisfaction with whatever product or equipment that you purchase from us.

Nevertheless, if by some unfortunate chance you have received a product which is damaged, faulty or doesn’t work as advertised, we will try our best to quickly provide you with a solution. Here is our policy for returns or refunds:


Damaged and Defective Items

If an items delivered to you is defective or does not work for some reason, please contact us as soon as possible and a replacement item will be delivered to you free of charge. Note that items which were in working condition but damaged as a result of mishandling is not applicable for a free replacement.

Refund

We provide the facility to return items or equipment to us hassle free, if you do not require our products anymore for whatever reason simply return to a local store or get issued an RMA and return for a Full Refund.

Please note that only the items which are unused and in their original condition can be applicable for a full refund.

Take care to bring the receipt, parts, accessories, instruction manuals and packaging associated with the product when returning.
